By accessing or using MCPShield ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

MCPShield is an AI agent security platform that helps organizations discover, monitor, and secure MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers across their infrastructure. The Service includes:

  • Web dashboard for viewing and managing MCP servers
  • Agent software for endpoint scanning
  • Risk scoring and alerting features
  • API access for integrations

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Scan systems you do not own or have permission to scan
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use the Service to develop competing products

5. Subscription and Payment

Free Tier

The free tier includes limited features as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time.

Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are provided pro-rata for annual subscriptions cancelled within the first 14 days.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of any data you submit.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MCPSHIELD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MCPShield from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
